General Comment

Section B, #18, of the 508 Supporting Statement says that plans are exempt from data validation if they terminate their contracts prior to the start of the collection year. We are terminating our MA-PD contracts effetive 12/31/10. Would the "collection year" in this case be 2011, so that would make us exempt from validating our 2010 data?
